- Simple touch ups: Fix dents in the walls, repaint areas that need it, and do other little things that will make your home look brand new. These fixes are usually cheap, but can make a huge difference.
- Beat the market! With rates as low as they are, and a general lack of inventory, beating the competition to the marketplace could help you sell your home quicker and for more money!
